Guillaume joined M&C Saatchi Performance in the summer of 2020 after 15 years of working in fast-growth digital and mobile media companies. Before M&C Saatchi Performance, Guillaume held management positions at Publicis, and Dentsu Inc. Guillaume also fulfilled leadership roles within Ad Tech start-ups specializing in app performance marketing. Between 2013 and 2018, Guillaume successfully established leading digital agency Fetch in the U.S. and grew it to a 100-plus-person team.

As Chief Growth Officer at M&C Saatchi Performance, Guillaume is responsible for growing the agency business Globally and contributes to the overall sales and marketing strategy of the Group's global offering. He brings a strong knowledge of agency-holding groups and partnership programs within strategic media suppliers (Google, Facebook, Apple, Snap, Twitter, TikTok, etc.). As well as managing new business and client relationships, Guillaume leads the transformation of media capabilities, reflecting the digital media landscape and satisfying client needs, such as streaming TV, podcasts and influencer marketing services.

Outside of work, Guillaume is an avid soccer fan and indie music lover. He has two small children with whom he practices his French cookery skills.
