Jeena Lee leads product strategy and go-to-market execution for Chevron's consumer mobile apps and loyalty programs, driving the nationwide rollout of a proprietary rewards ecosystem across thousands of retail sites. She spearheaded the program management and strategic framework for integrating Chevron Texaco Rewards and ExtraMile Rewards onto a unified loyalty platform — enabling a connected experience across two distinct programs and delivering a refreshed ExtraMile mobile app experience.

 With 15+ years of experience building and scaling digital products, Jeena brings a practitioner's lens to the shift from transactional loyalty to engagement-driven models, drawing on real-world results in one of the most operationally complex retail environments in the country.

Jeena is a recognized champion of diversity and inclusion, she served as Corporate President of Chevron's Asian Employee Network, growing global membership and is a recipient of the SASE Promising Professional Achievement Award and named a Tri-Valley 20 Under 40ish honoree by the Innovation Tri-Valley Leadership Group and the San Francisco Business Times. She holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin and is passionate about the customer experience, advancing diversity in leadership, and bridging generational perspectives as a proud Xennial.

Outside of work, Jeena is a self-proclaimed foodie and fitness enthusiast who can be found competing in hybrid races, chasing summit views on adventurous mountain hikes, traveling around the world, or — her favorite pursuit — spending quality time with her family. The same grit that drives her across finish lines and up mountains fuels her leadership philosophy: set ambitious goals, embrace the uncomfortable, and never stop pushing forward.
