Jim Hamilton is a seasoned digital marketing executive with a proven track record of driving client growth, leading high-performing teams, and scaling agency operations. He joined M&C Saatchi Performance as Managing Director for North America in June 2025, where he oversees strategy and delivery across performance media, mobile marketing, and data-driven advertising.
Previously, as U.S. Managing Director at Jellyfish, Jim was instrumental in positioning the agency as a regional leader in digital marketing—securing major client wins and achieving 33% average annual organic revenue growth over seven consecutive years. His leadership spanned performance media, digital transformation, SEO, create and analytics for some of the world’s most recognizable brands. Prior to that, he led the New York City office for iCrossing, doubling revenue in three years and expanding the agency’s presence in key digital verticals.
Jim brings deep expertise across the full digital marketing ecosystem, including media planning, paid search, paid social, programmatic, content, measurement, and eCommerce. He has worked across a wide range of categories, including retail, B2B, home services, and media & entertainment, always with a focus on measurable outcomes and innovative growth strategies.
Known for fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous learning, Jim builds strong client relationships grounded in trust, performance, and partnership. Outside of work, he’s an avid runner and enjoys spending time with his family.
