With over 15 years in marketing leadership across growth marketing, loyalty, crm, and product marketing, Leslie Starr has implemented effective strategies for a variety brands and industries- including The Container Store, Starbucks, Famous Footwear, Zillow, IHG, E*Trade, Nestle …and now, Life360. Leslie's passion is creating meaningful connections and experiences between brands and their customers- leaning into growth, personalization, and marketing infrastructure enablement. Over her career she's been described as results driven, pioneering, agile, and collaborative. Leslie has been a catalyst of change since joining Life360 2 years ago. At Life360, Leslie has worked to overhaul how the company sees and values work around customer engagement, and ultimately showcasing how lifecycle marketing can, and should be, a revenue generating business initiative. She has implemented a vision, team structure, crm tooling, and principles to help guide the organization and her team on the value and impact of customer engagement. Most importantly, Leslie and her team have built key partnerships across the organization-from Product, Engineering, Creative, and Data – which has led to meaningful collaboration, more synergies in built experiences, and overall, improved the way Life360 engages with their customers.
