Markus Vahtola is a rare four-chair executive, CTO, CFO, CMO, COO, with 20+ years turning around and scaling entertainment companies. During his tenure at Fingersoft, he helped drive 1B+ downloads and $150M revenue. In 2025, he proved the playbook was repeatable: partnering with another studio, he was instrumental in establishing the full operational framework that secured #1 Top Grossing in US racing category by December. Before gaming, he built analytical systems at Finnish Tax Administration that recovered over €120M in fraud detection. He holds two master's degrees in Economics and Information Processing Science. Markus now leads ROIHU, building AI executive operating systems that codify the cross-functional lens that took him two decades to develop.
