Chief Digital Officer, Clarion Events North America

Narisa has truly witnessed the evolution of “digital” since the late 1990s and is thrilled to still be going strong as part of the Clarion leadership team now!

Narisa has built a robust portfolio in digital agencies, events, media, start-up and technology sectors. Her experience transforming digital journeys that encompassed customer experience enhancement, data utilization, and product development is extensive. Over the past 25 years she’s built experience in business development, digital operations, product management, product development, customer experience and revenue strategies. With a Chief Digital Officer degree from Kellogg's School of Management, Narisa is passionate about always being curious and never keeping still!

In her role as Chief Digital Officer, Narisa will assume direct responsibility for overseeing the digital evolution for media, events, technology, and data within North America. Under her guidance, the teams will collaborate to optimize digital initiatives and elevate customer engagement across the region. Furthermore, Narisa will lend her support to our commercial teams by contributing to digital product development efforts.

Narisa is deeply passionate about fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture. What’s most important to her today though is to lead with heart and purpose: for both our customers and employees. Narisa's leadership style reflects her commitment to nurturing talent and embracing diversity.

Narisa received a BA double honors in French & Management Studies at Kings College, London and her Masters at UCL, London.

When she’s not figuring out what customers really need, you’ll find her teaching or practicing yoga, trail running with her dog, or snowboarding with her husband and 3 children in the mountains of Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
