Ryan Thorpe is the founder of Fload and experienced leader of mobile app growth at scale. He built his operational expertise managing 40+ apps that generated over 50 million downloads at Reflectlys portfolio, where he led growth initiatives across one of the largest wellness app roll ups in the market.

Prior to apps, Ryan was part of the first growth team at Revolut, contributing to the fintech company's expansion during one of Europe's most notable hypergrowth stories.

At Reflectly, Ryan experienced firsthand the breaking point of manual app growth & operations as he scaled from 1 app to 40 apps under management. He learned complexity compounds faster than human capacity can scale. This insight led him to found Fload in 2025, building autonomous AI agent systems that handle app growth & operations end-to-end: data, reviews, ads, localisation, pricing ASO and much more all without human intervention.

Fload's agents now operate and grow production apps autonomously, proving Ryan's thesis that agent-powered teams will define the next era of mobile app competition.
