Converge+ combines badge scanning, voice capture, and full conversation recording (with consent) into one mobile platform. It uses AI to instantly analyze interactions, score leads, and generate personalized follow-up—giving you real-time insights and unmatched post-event ROI.

Data security is our top priority. All badge scans are encrypted, and our system prevents unauthorized third-party access. Converge+ is GDPR-compliant and follows industry best practices for data privacy. Data stays secure from capture to portal upload.

I've purchased Converge+, now what?

Get set up quickly and confidently with everything you need to hit the ground running.

Setup takes minutes. Once you receive your login, you can assign licenses to team members, add product info, and upload marketing assets.

You’ll use the MAU Vegas mobile app, which includes Converge+ and all show info—no additional downloads required. 

No separate device is needed!

Within 2 business days of purchase, you will receive an email from MAU Vegas Converge+ with the subject line: “Action Required: Complete Your Converge+ Setup”.

 

Check your spam folder first for an email from the MAU Vegas Converge+ with the subject line: “Action Required: Complete Your Converge+ Setup”.

Yes. Onboarding connects your teammates to their licenses to start using Converge+. It is also where you add product information and marketing assets to help inform the system, improving AI insights and autogenerated emails.

How do I use Converge+ at the show?

Make the most of Converge+ onsite with tips for connecting and following up in real time.

The app works offline and stores scans on your device. Once you reconnect, your data will sync automatically. 

Yes, with attendee consent. Converge+ allows you to capture voice notes or full audio to help personalize follow-up and improve lead quality.

The data is sent to your Converge+ Insights portal, where it’s aggregated with notes and recordings.

Yes. You must obtain verbal consent before recording any conversation. The app includes a prompt to help facilitate this.

Yes. You will be able to send follow-up emails directly through the app when you click on the lead. You can attach marketing assets that you uploaded during onboarding. 

Yes. All the marketing assets that you uploaded during Converge+ onboarding will be available to add to the auto-generated emails.

There will be dedicated staff at the show to support you. Contact details will be shared with you in an email right before the show.

What happens after the show?

Turn event momentum into measurable results with smart post-show tools.

You’ll see lead scores, conversation summaries, engagement tags, and filters by role, location, and interest level. You can sort, segment, and export leads easily.

Upgrades are available to unlock added features (segmentation, AI-driven insights, etc.), extend access length, and increase number of users. Contact MAU.ES@clarionevents.com if you’re interested in learning more about upgrades.

You will have access to your leads for 365 days after the event closes.  

Yes. You can download your leads as a CSV file from your Converge+ Insights portal.
