Your registration ID is a six-digit number associated with your registration and would have been emailed to you when the app launched. You can request your registration ID by emailing mobileapps@clarionevents.com. If you are a speaker, your registration ID is associated with your speaker profile. Please contact mobileapps@clarionevents.com to request your registration ID.   

From the app home page, tap the “Notifications” icon in the bottom toolbar. One the new page, tap “Continue” to enable notifications, then “Allow” to send notifications to your device. This will include show notifications from the MAU Team as well as any meeting notifications.

Yes, you can block off specific days or times from receiving meeting requests. Once logged in via the web platform, click “Manage My Availability” under “Edit Profile” on the top right. This can only be done through the web platform.

You can only export your personal connections (or if you are part of a “team” your team’s connections) from the platform. For more information, please visit the Mobile App & Platform Resource Guide (page 4 in the attendee guide and page 6 in the sponsor guide).

Only Sponsors can create a “Team” in the platform. The first sponsor representative that logs in via the web platform will automatically create the team for your company and have “admin” access. You can add anyone attending the event to your team (for example: in case one of your team members is registered as a speaker instead of a sponsor), however anyone added to your team will be able to download your team connections.

Your company profile was synced from the Sponsor Hub. You can update via the Sponsor Hub, or by using the “Team” dashboard in the web platform of the app. If you update via the Sponsor Hub, please allow 24 hours for the app profile to update.

You can only export your team members badges or scans if you are a Sponsor or Partner of MAU Vegas. For more information, please visit the Mobile App & Platform Resource Guide (page 4 on the attendee guide and page 6 on the sponsor guide).

Team members can edit your company profile, access inbound leads, export Connections (contacts), and schedule meetings on behalf of other team members. Admins can do everything a team member can do but they can also edit their team members profiles and manage their availability and invite additional team members.

Sponsors can add “Lead Notes” and a “Rating” to their connections. This will be visible across the entire team and can include tags (for assigning to specific team members). Lead notes and ratings will be included in your team “connections” export.

Lead retrieval is included at no cost. Through the official MAU Vegas App, sponsors can scan an attendee’s badge to automatically “connect” to them. Once connected, “lead notes” and “ratings” can be added to their profile. To download your team’s “connections”, with available contact information, log into the web platform of the app and follow the instructions on page 5 in our Sponsor Resource Guide.
